Submit Press Release

That`s how it works

No extra work - Submit your press releases and our staff will update them to the PresseBox system

Send your press releases to presse@pressebox.de and our editorial staff will automatically setup these for our news archive system. As soon as the press release is set up for public and media you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a special link for activating the distribution and other service packages online.

Submit your own press release:

  1. With your existing login data you can login to your account, or create a new press room for your company free of charge.
  2. Please select the section "submit a press release" in your myBOX administration menu and input all the information needed. Among other options it is possible to choose a specific distribution date for the press release.
  3. Choose your own distribution and additional service packages (which are not free of charge) from the selection and confirm your choice within the preview window.
  4. Press releases with activated distribution or other payment services are listed within our Services. Distribution to our specialized press contacts will be performed at any chosen time.

Full control of the budget with no hidden costs
For the activation service of a press releasae you will be charged. Please note, that there is no automatic activation: charged services are listed separately and require a signature to be confirmed.
