To successfully manage these challenges in the future, Fressnapf l Maxi Zoo has joined forces with getit, a strong partner with years of experience in the configuration of complex enterprise platforms, international rollouts and SAP systems. The close cooperation between Fressnapf l Maxi Zoo and getit has already led to the first innovative changes with the upgrade of the user interface as well as the integration of the existing SAP ERP system using the Commerce Suite from hybris. Fressnapf l Maxi Zoo will continue to leverage getit's e-commerce expertise in pursuit of its next objectives. New Fressnapf l Maxi Zoo online shops planned throughout Europe
One of the next collaboration projects of Fressnapf l Maxi Zoo and getit is the international rollout of the online shop: although Fressnapf l Maxi Zoo has retail stores in 12 European countries, the Fressnapf l Maxi Zoo online shop is only accessible in Germany, Denmark and Switzerland. But this is about to change with plans for more online shops. "We want to rollout online shops in other European countries where Fressnapf l Maxi Zoo is active to offer pet lovers the fast and comfortable option of buying high-quality products for their pets online", Daniel Euler, Head-of-Cross Channel Marketing at Fressnapf l Maxi Zoo, explains.
