Growth forecast for multifactor authentication: 17.7% per year through 2020
With his management know-how in the IT security industry and years of sales and marketing experience, von Stackelberg is perfect for LSE's objectives. Under his leadership, for example, the multifactor authentication (MFA) software package LinOTP could become the most-used authentication product in the globally fast-growing market of login security. In view of increasing demand for secure data management, starting with a high-quality login procedure, industry experts assume that the global MFA market will grow on average by 17.7 percent annually between 2015 and 2020, to a total volume of some 9.6 billion US dollars. Using multi-year service agreements with customers and users of LinOTP, LSE Leading Security Experts GmbH plans to take a significant part in this market potential.
"LSE Leading Security Experts GmbH has a first-class IT security consulting team that has earned an outstanding reputation in the market over the past few years with penetration testing and code reviews. This represents an enormous potential for the future, which I would like to take advantage of," explains Arved Graf von Stackelberg.
"We are very happy to welcome Arved Graf von Stackelberg on board as the new managing director and CEO of LSE Leading Security Experts GmbH. Together with him, we will decisively drive the development of the company forward," explains Oliver Michel, CEO and co-founder of MAX21. Together with Nils Manegold, COO and CFO of MAX21, Michel will support the new CEO of LSE at the group level in implementing the growth strategy. The ongoing reinforcement of the management team at LSE Leading Security Experts already includes plans to hire another director as COO in the third quarter of 2016.
