Preliminary figures indicate that aap Implantate AG (XETRA: AAQ.DE), a global medical device company focused on innovative trauma products and biomaterials for the orthopaedic market, achieved sales in the third quarter of 2012 of EUR 8.6 million, a 25% increase on the previous year's figure of EUR 6.9 million. Therefore, total sales in the first nine months of the financial year 2012 increase by 31% to EUR 27.5 million (previous year: EUR 21 million).
