99,6 Prozent der Aktien im künftigen Besitz von Atel Holding AG

Im Rahmen des öffentlichen Umtauschangebots von Atel Holding AG an die Aktionäre der Aare-Tessin AG für Elektrizität (Atel) sind bis zum Ende der Angebotsfrist am 7. Dezember 2007 1,116,416 Aktien zum Umtausch angeboten worden. Das sind 89.8 Prozent der Aktien, auf die sich das Angebot bezieht. Daraus folgt, dass AEM Mailand (5,8 Prozent) ebenfalls vom Umtauschangebot Gebrauch gemacht hat. Damit wird Atel Holding nach Vollzug des Umtauschangebots in jedem Fall mehr als 99,6 Prozent der Aktien der Aare-Tessin AG für Elektrizität (Atel) halten und kann zur Erlangung der angestrebten 100 Prozent das vereinfachte Verfahren der Kraftloserklärung gemäss Artikel 33 des Bftfvesxtzehgs xrlhsxhvp.
