PPCP3-M1: le capteur de pression MEMS capacitif avec 0,5% FS

Par le biais de la série PPCP3, Pewatron lance une nouvelle génération de capteurs de pression, basée sur le principe de mesure capacitif.

Ce capteur de pression MEMS capacitif se distingue par sa très haute résolution (< 15μbar). Le PPCP3-M1 est par ailleurs un capteur de pression différentielle, doté d’une interface SPI ou TWI. Il intègre ainsi une puce de capteur capacitif ainsi qu’une électronique de conditionnement de signal pourvue d’un ADC ΣΔ à haute résolution pour la numérisation.
