CKD Direktantriebe - Serie Absodex

Die CKD Direktantriebsysteme der Serie Absodex umfassen Motoren von 6 bis 500 Nm mit Drehzahlen zwischen 70 und 300 U/min. Diese Motoren treiben Lasten ohne mechanische Untersetzung direkt an. Dadurch kann auf aufwändige Motoren- Getriebekombinationen verzichtet werden.

Sie besitzen eine Auflösung von 540672 Impulsen / Umdrehung und eine Wiederholgenauigkeit von ab ± 5 Winkelsekunden. Schnelle und einfachste Programmierung ermöglicht, dass die Motoren in kürzester Zeit der jeweiligen Aufgabenstellung angepasst werden können. Dadurch werden eine sehr hohe Flexibilität und Einsatzbreite erzielt. Durch vier verschiedene Modi können Beschleunigungs- und Abbremsverhalten auf die jeweilig geforderte Anwendung angepasst werden.
