Aktion Frauen ans Netz erhält Public Private Partnership Preis

Seit 1998 bundesweit Internetkurse von Frauen für Frauen

Der mit 5000 Euro dotierte Public Private Partnership Award für den Bereich Informationsgesellschaft wurde in diesem Jahr erstmalig vergeben. Von den 49 eingereichten Bewerbungen prämierten die Initiatoren - die Initiative D21 und der Behörden Spiegel - insgesamt vier Projekte. Die Aktion Frauen ans Netz wurde mit dem zweiten Preis für ihr erfolgreiches Engagement zur Stärkung der Internetbeteiligung von Frauen ausgezeichnet. Die Partnerschaft verbindet das Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung, die Bundesanstalt für Arbeit, die Deutsche Telekom, die Zeitschrift Brigitte und den Verein Frauen geben Technik neue Impulse e.V..
