Das Software-Modul "3D Messen" zur drei- dimensionalen Auswertung mikroskopischer Aufnahmen in der Biomedizin ergänzt die Bild- analyse-Software AxioVision von Carl Zeiss. Es erlaubt in Kombination mit dem Modul Inside4D das Segmentieren der Objekte im 3D-Volumen- Modell, inklusive 3D-Ansicht und Erzeugung eines Binärbildes. Dieses kann mit dem 3D-Binärbild- editor nachbearbeitet werden. Zudem ist die inter- aktive Vermessung durch Anklicken einzelner Objekte in der 3D-Ansicht oder automatisch für den gesamten Bildstapel möglich.

"3D Messen" bietet den Anwendern eine flexible Funktionsauswahl. Außer der Möglichkeit zur einfachen und intuitiven Segmentierung von 3D-Objekten stellt das Modul reale 3D-Messpara- meter für die einzelnen Objekte zur Dwvmzconj.
