Investor Otto Happel erhöht Beteiligung an der Conergy AG auf über 5%

Die von Herrn Dr. Otto Happel kontrollierte Leemaster Ltd. hat dem Vorstand der Conergy AG mitgeteilt, dass sie zusätzlich zu den von ihr bereits gehaltenen Aktien an der Conergy AG im Markt weitere 290.000 Aktien der Gesellschaft erworben hat. Unter Einbeziehung der bereits von Leemaster Ltd. direkt gehaltenen 4,25% Aktien hält Leemaster Ltd. nunmehr 5,08% der Aktien der Conergy AG. Leemaster Ltd. verfügt daher unverändert über die bestehenden Optionen zum Erwerb von weiteren 20,89% der Aktien der Gesellschaft, damit würde Happels Anteil mehr als 26% betragen.
