CropEnergies Increases Forecast After Strong 1st Half

CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, increased its revenues in the 1st half of the current 2010/11 financial year (1 March - 31 August 2010) considerably by 16.5 percent compared to the previous year to EUR 215 (previous year: 184) million. At the same time, the operating result reached EUR 17 (previous year: -1) million. Decisive for the increase in revenues as well as for the above average rise in results is the production in Wanze (Belgium) which now runs in normal operating mode. This raised sales volumes of bioethanol and the high-quality protein co-products.
