Datwyler completes acquisition to reinforce US sales and distribution

On 28 October 2014, Dätwyler Holding Inc. completed the acquisition of the American Keystone Holdings, Inc., previously announced on 20 October 2014 and, as a result, now owns Keystone Holdings, Inc., the parent company of Columbia Engineered Rubber, Inc., Dayton, Ohio, USA.

By acquiring Columbia Engineered Rubber, Datwyler's Sealing Solutions division is reinforcing its sales, distribution and engineering organization for the American automotive industry and other industrial markets. In addition, Datwyler will be able to offer US customers local engineering and prototyping services for rubber components.
