Diotec Semiconductor announces the first Power Schottky diode in "Quad Flat No-leads" package, called PowerQFN 5x6. The device measures only 5 x 6 mm and has a profile height of as low as 1 mm. In contrastto common SMD power packages, the QFN outline comes without any exposed leads. The connection to theprinted circuit board is done with "integrated" leads on the bottom side of the package.
