Der neue Verwaltungsrat der Edisun Power Gruppe hat - wie an der ausserordentlichen Generalversammlung angekündigt - die per 27. Februar 2015 geplante Dekotierung der Aktie neu beurteilt. Er hat entschieden, das von der SIX Swiss Exchange am 17. März 2014 bewilligte Dekotierungsgesuch zurückzuziehen.
