Seminar zur strafrechtlichen Verantwortung in Sozialberufen

Die Schweigepflicht einhalten und dennoch nicht gegen geltendes Recht verstoßen – nur ein Spagat von vielen, den Fachkräfte der Sozialen Arbeit und des Gesundheitssektors in ihrer täglichen Arbeit bewältigen müssen. Oftmals besteht Unsicherheit darüber, wann und inwieweit man sich durch das eigene Verhalten strafbar machen kann.

Der Fachbereich Sozialwesen der Fachhochschule Münster lädt Interessierte deshalb zu einem entsprechenden Seminar am 24. April ein. In der Zeit von 9.30 Uhr bis 16.30 Uhr erläutert Rechtsanwältin Dr. Heike Diederich relevante Normen des Strafgesetzbuches und der Strafprozessordnung. Abschließend erfolgt die praxisnahe Anwendung der Seminarinhalte anhand von Fallbeispielen.
