As of 1st July 2013, GOEBEL Schneid- und Wickelsysteme GmbH has been a member of the IMS Deltamatic Group S.p.A. The successful integration of the Darmstadt-based traditional company into the Italian corporation is a logical step in future-oriented corporate governance.
