New Measuring Head for the Prinect Axis Control Color Measuring System

Faster inking-up / Simplified operation combined with new version of Prinect CP2000

Heidelberg Druckmaschinen AG (Heidelberg) is introducing a new measuring head for use in its Prinect Axis Control colorimeter. This increases the spectrophotometer's measuring speed by 30 to 50 percent, depending on the sheet format. The measuring time for the color bar is cut on average by around five seconds per measuring operation, thereby enabling printers to ink up much faster than before. Previous versions of Prinect Axis Control can generally be retrofitted.

The new version of the control software Prinect CP2000 Center V44 press has greatly simplified presetting for Prinect Axis Control, thanks to the use of an integrated wizard.
