Ab sofort zeigt die Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (Heidelberg) das neu gestaltete Environmental Information Center im Foyer der Hauptverwaltung in Heidelberg. Eine "aufgeschnittene" Druckmaschine veranschaulicht, wie und wo durch Peripheriegeräte effizienter produziert werden und wie so Kosten gespart und die Umwelt geschont werden kann. Vom Anleger über die Druck- und Lackierwerke bis zum Ausleger wird vorgeführt, wie die sonst im Inneren der Druckmaschine verborgenen Technologien funktionieren. Über 1.000 Besucher pro Jahr besichtigten das bisherige Center, das über vier Jahre aufgebaut war.
