Ab sofort hat Henskes Electronics CMLM0574 von Central Semiconductor im Programm. CMLM0574 ist ein Multi Discrete Module(TM) bestehend aus einem N-Channel Enhancement Mode MOSFET und einer Schottky Diode mit niedrigem VF in einem platzsparenden PICOmini(TM) SOT-563 SMD Gehäuse. Dieses integrierte Bauteil eignet sich hervorragend für Anwendungen mit Platzproblemen und bei "niedrig Energie" Anwendungen.

Beim CMLM0574 sind MOSFET und Diode voneinander getrennt, somit ergibt sich eine wesentlich größere "design in" Flexibilität. Beide Bauteile haben verbesserte Spezifikationen. Der MOSFET hat einen niedrigen rDS(ON) -Wert von 460m? und einen Strom ID von 450mA. Die Schottky Diode hat den niedrigen VF -Wert von 470vI.
