3SMC5,0A-170A und 3SMC5,0CA-170CA neue Schutzdioden für den High End Bereich

Ab sofort vertreibt Henskes Electronic Components die, von Central entwickelten, 3000W TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressors) Einzeldioden/Uni-direktional 3SMC5,0A-170A und Doppeldioden/Bi-direktional 3SMC5,0CA-170CA. Beide Serien beinhalten Dioden im Bereich von 5 bis 170Volt. Der Spitzen "forward surge" Strom ist mit 200A angegeben. Die Bauteile können im Temperaturbereich von -65°C bis +150°C gelagert und betrieben werden. Die Bauteile sind glaspassiviert um optimale Zuverlässigkeit zu gewährleisten. Diese SMC Diodenserien wurden entwickelt um empfindliche Bauteile gegen Überspannungen zu schützen.

Die Bauteile eignen sich für den universellen Einsatz in allen Segmenten wie "general industrial", "avionics", automotive aber auch für hochwertige Geräte im TV/hifi Bereich.
