The Romanian military will be communicating with DMR handheld radios from Hytera in the future. Hytera Mobilfunk GmbH together with its partner Mobilis has won a tender from the Defense Ministry and signed a frame agreement to deliver many thousands of PD565s including accessories.
Within the next three years, the Romanian Defense Ministry will order up to 8050 handheld radios to be used at various military support points in Romania. "This is a fabulous shared success.
