Das Nachrichtenmagazin FOCUS und der vfa, der Verband der forschenden Pharma-Unternehmen, zeichnen in diesem Jahr zum sechsten Mal die "Bilder der Forschung" aus. Der mit 20.000 Euro dotierte Preis wird in den Kategorien "Faszination Forschung" und "Gesichter der Forschung" vergeben. Hinzu kommt ein Publikumspreis, über dessen Gewinner die User vom 20. Oktober bis 7. November auf FOCUS Online abstimmen können (www.focus.de/bildeforschung).

"Bilder der Forschung" hat sich seit 2005 als einer der größten Wettbewerbe für Wissenschaftsfotografie etabliert. Auch in diesem Jahr wurden mehr als 400 Bilder von Fotografen aus über 15 Ländern eingereicht. Die Preisverleihung findet am 14. Dezember in Lwbxid xlbuj.
