Deutsche Unternehmen etwas zurückhaltender bei Neueinstellungen

ifo Beschäftigungsbarometer Deutschland / Ergebnisse des ifo Konjunkturtests im September 2014

Bei den deutschen Firmen ist die Einstellungsbereitschaft leicht gesunken. Das ifo Beschäftigungsbarometer fiel im September auf 106,0 Indexpunkte, nach 107,0 im August. Die leicht positive Beschäftigungsdynamik der Vormonate dürfte sich jedoch fortsetzen.

Im Verarbeitenden Gewerbe stieg das Beschäftigungsbarometer wieder, nach drei Rückgängen in Folge. Mit größeren Neueinstellungen ist jedoch weiterhin nicht zu rechnen. Sowohl im Einzel- als auch Großhandel verringerte sich die Einstellungsbereitschaft. Im Bauhauptgewerbe werden hingegen wieder verstärkt Mitarbeiter gesucht. Im Dienstleistungssektor konnte die hohe Einstellungsbereitschaft im Vormonat nicht gehalten werden. Die Branche ist jedoch weiterhin auf der Suche nach Mitarbeitern.
