Der VDA (Verband deutscher Archivarinnen und Archivare e.V.) lädt im Juni zu gleich zwei Veranstaltungen ein.

Vom 13. - 15. Juni findet die Konferenz "Offene Archive" unter dem Motto "Partizipation, Offenheit, Transparenz" im Bundesarchiv Koblenz statt. Image Access hat seinen neuen Buchscanner Bookeye 5 V1A im Gepäck und freut sich darauf, interessierten Besuchern die Vorzüge und Besonderheiten zu präsentieren. Hierzu gehört die motorisch betriebene flache Glasplatte sowie die neue Buchwippe mit einem Höhenausgleich von 20 cm für dicke Vorlagen.

"Vom Analogen zum Digitalen. Chance oder Dilemma" heißt es beim Landesarchivtag Sachsen-Anhalt im Kleinen Schloss Blankenburg (Harz). Am 15. und 16. Juni kommen hier erstmalig seit 2019 Archivare und Archivarinnen zum gemeinsamen Austausch wieder zusammen.
