The requirements in production supply are becoming increasingly complex. This makes it all the more important for purchasing and logistics to create standardized infrastructures for their own company. The impetus for logistics processes is no longer provided by large, centralized systems, but by systems that control themselves and order their supplies automatically.
Keller & Kalmbach also has the latest generation of Kanban systems: turnLOG®, distanceLOG®, weightLOG®, dropLOG®, takeLOG®, parkLOG® and takeLOG® compact / takeLOG® compact weight.
The latter is equipped with state-of-the-art load cell technology, which enables precise control of the material inventory. This innovative technology minimises stock shortages and guarantees an exact overview of consumables.
The takeLOG® compact weight is an automatic dispenser with load cells that automatically sends an order to Keller & Kalmbach when the weight falls below a specified limit. The special feature: there is no operating screen! You simply log in to the card reader with your chip, open the door, remove your desired goods and the machine does the rest.
The outstanding feature of the series is the characteristic that gives it its name: compactness, which enables optimum use of space while maintaining the same capacity. The flexibility allows the storage of various MRO articles from the areas of occupational safety, tools or chemical-technical products. The modular design also allows adaptations to customer-specific requirements.
pushLOG® digital is a new, innovative system for C-Parts management. Reordering is often a complex and time-consuming task, especially for bulky or difficult-to-handle C-Parts such as threaded rods, palletised goods or hoses. PushLOG® digital is an ideal solution for managing items that cannot be stored in conventional containers.
By pressing the trigger button on the transponder, the order is automatically triggered and the order data is transmitted to us. The digital label shows the current status of the order and delivery directly at the point of use. Thanks to bidirectional communication, changes are immediately displayed on the digital label. The system works energy-autonomously for 10 years and supports employees visually by displaying the order status on the digital label. The infrastructure can be easily combined with other logistics systems, enabling efficient management of bulky materials at the touch of a button.
