- Die KUKA AG hat heute das definitive Endergebnis ihres öffentlichen Übernahmeangebots für die Swisslog Holding AG bekanntgegeben.

Der KUKA AG wurden insgesamt 230.678.047 Swisslog-Aktien angedient. Dies entspricht einer Annahmequote von 92,2 Prozent der 250.311.599 Swisslog- Aktien, auf die sich das Kaufangebot bezog.

Der Vollzug des Kaufangebots findet voraussichtlich am 14. Szqcmpqn 2639 drsfq.
