Linear Technology announces the LTC2246H, a 25Msps,
14-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) for high temperature, high reliability data acquisition systems. The LTC2246H, guaranteed for operation across the -40oC to 125oC temperature range, satisfies the high temperature demands of automotive and military applications. Additionally, the LTC2246H is offered in a leaded package, allowing for easier inspection of solder joints in manufacturing. This high speed ADC is targeted for collision avoidance radar (CAR) automotive systems.
At 14 bits, 25Msps, the LTC2246H consumes only 75mW, and provides excellent 74.5dB signal to noise ratio (SNR) and 90dBc spurious free dynamic range (SFDR) baseband performance.
