Following the Company's change of legal form to an SE (European Stock Corporation) in spring 2009, the Works Council of MAN SE has now been formed. The first meeting of the SE Works Council in Munich saw Jürgen Dorn elected as Chairman. Dorn is also member of the MAN SE Supervisory Board. Gerhard Kreutzer (of Oberhausen in Germany) and Erich Schwarz (of Steyr in Austria) were appointed as his deputies.
