Für 25 gängige Handymodelle von SonyEricsson ist ab sofort erstmals ein E-Mail-Service verfügbar. Dieser übermittelt automatisch die Betreffzeile aufs Handy. Auf Knopfdruck wird die gesamte E-Mail übertragen. Somit wird man sofort über neue Nachrichten informiert, ohne von ungewolltem Spam am Handy belästigt zu werden. Die neue Mail-Software steht unter www.blu-mobile.net zum Download bereit. Man kann sich die Software auch per SMS "BLU30" an 41000 ins Handy holen. Damit stehen die SonyEricsson-Modelle erstmals im direkten Wettbewerb zum Mobile-Mail-Weltmarktführer Blackberry.
