Moxa, führender Hersteller von industriellen Netzwerktechnik- und Computing-Lösungen, hat eine neue Firmware für den industriellen 8+2G Multiport Secure Router EDR-810 eingeführt. Dank dieser Firmware unterstützt der Router nun den Transparent Bridge-Modus, wodurch der Einsatz umfassender Firewall-Sicherheit in Netzwerken ohne die Konfiguration von Sub-Netzwerken möglich ist. Zusätzlich dazu bietet EDR-810 nun vollständige VPN-, Firewall- und DoS-Ereignis-Logs für die Echtzeitbenachrichtigung und Historienanalyse. Die EDR-810-Serie bietet Firewall-, NAT-, VPN- sowie Managed L2-Switching-Funktionen. Diese ermöglichen es dem Router, Daten effizient zu übertragen, während das Netzwerk und betriebskritische Geräte vor Cyber-Angriffen geschützt werden.
