Der Windpark-Projektierer PNE WIND AG (ISIN DE000A0JBPG2) hat alle Rechte an dem Offshore-Windpark-Projekt "Nautilus II" an die SSP Technology Holding ApS veräußert. Das Offshore-Projekt wird in der Nordsee geplant und befindet sich noch in der Planungs- und Genehmigungsphase.

Die SSP Technology Holding ApS, eine Gesellschaft des Ventizz Capital Funds IV, übernimmt alle Anteile der Projektgesellschaft "PNE WIND Nautilus II GmbH". Die PNE WIND AG wird das Offshore-Projekt als Dienstleister bis zum Erhalt der Genehmigung weiterentwickeln und beim Erreichen festgelegter Fortschritte in der Projektentwicklung am Erfolg partizipieren.
