Aufgrund der Intergastra Absage im Dezember, wurde bei RATIONAL aus dem bayerischen Landsberg am Lech kurzfristig an Alternativen gearbeitet. Dem Team rund um den neuen Deutschland Geschäftsführer Thomas Pfeiffer ist es eine Herzensangelegenheit, den Gastronomen, Fachhändlern und Planern trotz abgesagter Messe eine Möglichkeit zum Austauschen und Informieren zu bieten.

Daher wurde beim Weltmarktführer nun ein zweitätiges Online-Angebot für den 8. und 9. Februar 2022 erarbeitet, bei dem sich die Branche virtuell über das RATIONAL-Restaurantkonzept (À-la-carte auf kleinster Fläche), die beiden Kochsysteme iCombi und iVario sowie zum Thema Ghost-Kitchen informieren kann.
