RSM supports Zech Group in the sale of the DAH Group

RSM GmbH, one of the leading auditing and tax consulting firms in Germany, supported Zech Group SE in the sale of one of the most powerful companies in the field of sustainable energy production in Germany to Igneo.

DAH Group was founded in 2016 and has built up a comprehensive portfolio of biogas plants and is developing ground-mounted PV plants. As part of the vertically integrated business model, DAH manages approximately 20,000 hectares of agricultural land. The group was owned by Zech Group SE and the Gustav Zech Foundation until the sale.
