The robust and maintenance free LiquiSonic„µ inline analyzers allow for the first time a reproducible control and monitoring of polymerization processes. The sensor principle bases on the reproducible variation of the sonic velocity during the conversion from monomer into polymer.
Together with an enhanced process and plant safety the continuous monitoring of polymerization degree enables the defined adjustment of final product properties. Subjective influences, manual and dangerous sample drawing or extensive lab analysis to characterize the final product are no longer necessary.
