Siemens liefert 140 Windenergieanlagen für weltweit größten Offshore-Windpark

Siemens Energy hat einen Auftrag über die Lieferung von 140 Windenergieanlagen für den weltweit größten Offshore-Windpark Greater Gabbard 25 Kilometer vor der Küste von Suffolk in Großbritannien erhalten. Darüber hinaus wurde ein fünfjähriger Servicevertrag abgeschlossen. Auftraggeber ist Greater Gabbard Offshore Winds Ltd., eine Tochtergesellschaft von Scottish and Southern Energy plc (SSE). Die Windturbinen sollen 2009 und 2010 ausgeliefert werden. Das Auftragsvolumen beträgt rund 800 Mio. EUR.
