Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") issued one warrant for every two shares subscribed for and issued in the private placement completed 12 March 2012 (total of 12,500,000 warrants). The warrant would have a term until 22 March 2013, with a short exercise period at the end of the term, and an exercise price per share of NOK 2.20.
