Wechsel im Aufsichtsrat der ThyssenKrupp AG. René Obermann, Vorsitzender des Vorstands der Deutsche Telekom AG, wird zum 01. November 2013 Mitglied des Aufsichtsrats des Essener Industriekonzerns. Zuvor hatte Prof. Dr. Beatrice Weder di Mauro ihr Mandat mit Wirkung zum 31. Oktober niedergelegt. Das Unternehmen dankt Prof. Dr. Weder di Mauro herzlich für ihre Arbeit in den vergangenen Jahren.

René Obermann wurde vom Amtsgericht bis zur nächsten ordentlichen Hauptversammlung der ThyssenKrupp AG am 17. Januar 2014 zum Aufsichtsrat bestellt.
