Als Spezialist für hydraulische und pneumatische Kompaktantriebe ist die HKS Dreh-Antriebe GmbH seit mehr als 50 Jahren in der Branche bekannt und hat seither den Spagat zwischen traditionellen Werten und beständiger Modernisierung geschafft. Zu ihren Produkten gehören Drehantriebe, Tiltrotatoren, Stellantriebe, Schwenkmotoren und Zahnstangenritzelantriebe. Aktuell verfügt HKS über 260 Mitarbeiter an drei Standorten in Deutschland. Auf fast 10.000 m2 Produktionsfläche kommen sowohl hochmoderne Maschinen als auch konventionelle Handarbeit zum Tragen.

Hydraulische oder pneumatische Drehantriebe sind kompakte Aggregate, mit denen auf engstem Raum durch hydraulischen Druck sehr hohe Drehmomente erzeugt werden. Weil sie trotz ihrer enormen Kraft äußerst präzise und einfach zu steuern sind, sind HKS-Drehantriebe in nahezu jedem Bereich zu finden, in dem begrenzte Drehbewegungen mit einem hohen Drehmoment erforderlich sind. Um diese Funktionstüchtigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit zu ermöglichen, ist bei der Fertigung hohe Präzision erforderlich. Aufgrund eben dieser Präzision und starker Gehäuse, die auf bis zu 350 bar Betriebsdruck ausgelegt sind, ist das Innere der Drehantriebe ideal geschützt gegen Staub, Schmutz und Nässe und damit wartungsfrei. Von außen wirken sie eher unscheinbar – ihre Zuverlässigkeit und Leistungsstärke sieht man ihnen auf den ersten Blick nicht an.
