"We are currently observing a sharp increase in demand for IT security solutions. For us as a provider, it is becoming increasingly difficult to find suitable personnel to ensure optimum project implementation, also at short notice. The market for software developers in Germany is characterised by heavy competition. With our development site in Hungary, we are investing in greater flexibility and extending our company to include first class expertise," comments Kathrin Asmuth, Managing Partner at achelos GmbH. "I am particularly pleased to have found such an experienced manager in Péter Gönczi. We already know one another from previous projects and have a great deal of mutual trust. I would like to wish him every success in his new role," adds Asmuth.
"I have a good network in the IT world. Many consider it a positive signal and very attractive to work for a German company in the field of IT security. achelos is firmly established in the sector and there are plenty of projects in the environment. Indeed, we see a great deal of development potential here, particularly in the field of eHealth. We are also keen to reach out to young software developers. The technical universities in Hungary are excellent and achelos Hungary offers an exciting entry into the working world with interesting projects. I am really looking forward to my new duties and working with the friendly team at achelos," comments Péter Gönczi, describing his new role at the achelos development site in Budapest.
The investment in the new site is also of strategic importance for achelos. The aim here is to counter the current lack of specialist personnel in the field of software development, software consulting and software engineering.
Péter Gönczi (45) is well known in the sector. The industrial engineer boasts many years of experience in the field of software development. He spent the past seven years working for Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions HU, most recently holding the position of Staff Software Engineer Enterprise Solutions, Application Development.
