The tool also gives an estimation of heat transfer across cabinet walls. It allows to dimension insulation properties when cooling below ambient is needed. In case cabinet temperature is above ambient it is possible to estimate heat radiation capacity of the cabinet alone which allows to reduce the safety margin and selection of a smaller size of the cooling unit.
