best4log-x Goes Mobile: arvato Systems has now developed an app for Android smartphones and tablets for the SAP-based industry solution best4log-x. The app is managed from a central platform and is directly connected to the SAP system.
arvato Systems will also present a 3D material flow simulation that can be used to help test new warehouse projects in virtual test operations and enable the risk of planning errors to be drastically reduced.
arvato Systems is also introducing cost savings in the vehicle fleet. A specially developed monitoring system measures the fuel consumption of each driver in order raise driver awareness of fuel-efficient driving habits. An intelligent usage analysis for each truck’s fuel consumption can also determine the optimal composition of the fleet.
arvato Systems will soon launch its trucker league, providing fleet operators with an incentive model for drivers. It is based on an innovative calculation method that ensures the rankings are as fair as possible, while also allowing for higher inventive payments.
