"Adoption of TR-069 will accelerate and with the number of connected devices and applications set to grow, service providers see a clear need to better visualize, support and control activity on the home network, with eight out of ten stating that TR-069 will play a significant role in their smart-home strategies."
The report also features a success case study on how energy company and broadband provider, Lyse Smart, is using Axiros' TR-069 to support its smart-home rollout in Norway. Several years ago, Axiros and Lyse partners to take an unconventional approach to the future of the smart home and have achieved great success with its program, bringing services into communities and using smart metering and smart home technology to improve lifestyles.
