Änderungen im Aufsichtsrat der Bayerischen Börse AG

Dr. Martin Fritz folgt auf Sigrid Kozmiensky

Die Hauptversammlung der Bayerischen Börse AG hat Dr. Martin Fritz, Vorsitzender des Vorstandes der Fürst Fugger Privatbank AG, in den Aufsichtsrat gewählt. Er folgt damit auf Sigrid Kozmiensky, die das Mandat niedergelegt hat und Mitte Mai in den Aufsichtsrat der Deutschen Börse AG gewählt wurde.

Dr. Martin Fritz ist seit 2016 Vorsitzender des Vorstandes der Fürst Fugger Privatbank AG und trat 2001 als persönlich haftender Gesellschafter in das Augsburger Institut ein. Zuvor war er – nach Studium und Promotion an der LMU München – bei der Bayerischen Vereinsbank / HVB tätig.

„Dr. Fritz hat seine Begeisterung für die Börse und sein Fachwissen über das Marktgeschehen seit Jahren als Mitglied und amtierender Vorsitzender des Börsenrates der Börse München kompetent eingebracht. Wir freuen uns, dass wir ihn auch für den Aufsichtsrat gewinnen konnten“, so Uto Baader, Vorsitzender des Aufsichtsrates der Bayerischen Börse AG.

Neben Uto Baader und Dr. Martin Fritz besteht der Aufsichtsrat der Bayerischen Börse AG aus Jan Kupfer, Member of the Executive Board der UniCredit Bank GmbH und stellvertretender Vorsitzender, sowie Carsten Bokelmann, Vorstand der mwb fairtrade Wertpapierhandelsbank AG, Dr. Klaus Patzak und Prof. Dr. Franz-Christoph Zeitler.
