Kategorie „Mobile Content“: Colamo.org. Das Unternehmen mit Sitz in Hamburg und Stuttgart bietet eine Open-Source-Software für Handys an. Damit können standardisierte Anwendungen und Daten (etwa Adressen, Videos und Bilder) auf das Mobiltelefon gebracht werden – unabhängig vom jeweiligen Modell.
Kategorie „Digital Life“: Amiando.de. Das Unternehmen aus München betreibt eine neue kostenlose Onlineplattform, mit der Einladungen für private, geschäftliche und öffentliche Veranstaltungen einfach geplant und durchgeführt werden können. Dabei entstehen Communities, die die Kommunikation aller Beteiligten fördern.
Beim Innovators’ Pitch direkt auf der CeBIT hatten die jungen Unternehmen die einmalige Gelegenheit, ihre Geschäftsideen vor potenziellen Geldgebern, Mentoren und der Presse zu präsentieren.

Unterstützt wurde die Veranstaltung von BrainsToVentures, CMP-WEKA, Deutsche Messe, IBM Deutschland, KPMG sowie der MobilMedia-Initiative unter Schirmherrschaft des Bundeswirtschaftsministeriums. Eine Fortsetzung des Innovators’ Pitch im kommenden Jahr ist bereits geplant.
