Based on "SpaceTime" searching in the most popular services is getting even faster and more convenient. Space time supports all most popular searching services. Showing the searching results in 3D in a "space" is the special feature of this novel search engine. Moreover the engine offers a preview of five searching results respectively likewise in 3D. The user can however easily switch from 3D format to the internet pages he has opted for. All these pages can be grouped individually according to his requirements and will be arranged in the "space". More over all opened windows can be turned in a 360 degrees view on the desktop.
As the development partner of Space Time, Inc. USA, Bitmanagment has taken the task of doing the technical project development. Partnership activities like this are common practice of Bitmanagement since its foundation in the year 2002. In the same year the 3D software supplier from Berg near Munich, Germany, was partner of the three-year project "Icecream' which was guided by Philips and funded by the European Commission The project was aimed to investigate how to make compelling experiences for end-users based on the possibilities of integrating technologies for interactive media, such as DVB-MHP, MPEG-4, and Internet technologies on set top boxes for iTV. Bitmanagement has adapted its interactive realtime 3D Viewer 'BS Contact' fulfilling the requirements for live event project applications.
'Icream' has been followed by other development-projects like 'Earth Viewer' (2006), iDYNamicTV (2008) and interAR (2009). In 2010 Bitmanagement got the acceptance for a similar project in the field of 3D TV like 'Icecream', which has been named 'Fine'. Fine, being also EC funded, is focused on development of a novel end-to-end architecture for the creation and delivery of a new forms of live media content. Fine will deliver live content to professional and home users which will be able to interact and freely explore a live-action 3D scene on TV, like a football-match.
