The BITZER Group is establishing a new Asia-Pacific Master Green Point. Through its after-sales service, the specialist for refrigeration compressors BITZER offers customers all around the world uniformly high-quality services, maintenance and training.
From beginning of March 2014 onwards, the newly established Asia-Pacific Master Green Point in Singapore will serve as a central point for the coordination of the Green Point network and as a hub for spare parts for the Asia-Pacific region excluding China. The new BITZER center will form, together with the other existing Master Green Points around the globe, an ideal and effective link between the Competence Center in France and the various Green Point centers.
Managing Director Marco Candotti will head the newly established center focusing all his energies on the development of the Asia-Pacific Green Point network. The 38-year-old mechanical engineer, with BITZER Refrigeration Asia since 2006 as Technical Manager, has been appointed as General Manager of the Green Point after-sales network the following year, when the first set up of the network was created. Over the past three years he has also covered the position of Technical Director for BITZER Compressors Indonesia. “With this new investment, BITZER will enhance the already capillary and 40 years long presence in Asia ” says Marco Candotti, “round the clock spare parts availability and periodical trainings will give our customers and distributors a real edge against the competition. This new venture will also give me the opportunity to contribute to the continuous development of the Green Point network in India, China, Australia and all the rest of Asia, closely collaborating with Managing Director S.R.S.B. (Societé de Reconstruction et de Services BITZER) Philippe Maratuech and the proven Green Point team.”
