Delignit® Railfloor System Solutions for Rail Vehicles

Blomberger Holzindustrie GmbH will be represented by its business unit Technological Applications at the Railway Interiors Expo in Prague from 14.11 to 15.11.2017, and will present its ecological and economical design solutions for rail vehicle equipment.

At the booth, the company will be showcasing the Delignit® Railfloor program - system floor solutions for rail vehicles. The Delignit® railfloor program is made up of the product lines Professional, Basic and Eco, which are based on international certifications. They combine the environmental and technological advantages of the Delignit® material with the specific requirements, such as fire protection and sound insulation, as well as weight and vibration reduction. One of this year's novelties is provided by the Delignit® Railfloor products made of birch. These can be combined in the usual modular way with various middle layers to improve sound insulation, as well as with fire protection.

Blomberger Holzindustrie GmbH, has many years of experience in delivering application-specific system solutions based on all types of material, and also provides a complete service package.

About the Delignit Group:

The Delignit Group develops, manufactures and markets ecological materials and system solutions, that are mainly based on hardwood, under the brand name Delignit. The Delignit Group is a recognised development and project partner, as well as a series supplier for technology sectors such as the automotive and rail transport industries. The products have special technical properties and are used as built-in systems in light commercial vehicles, trunk loading floors in cars and system floors for train equipment, among other things. The Delignit material is usually based on European hardwood, has a CO2-neutral life cycle and is thus ecologically superior to non-regenerative materials such as plastic and steel. Therefore, using Delignit material improves the environmental performance of customer products, thereby meeting their increasing ecological requirements. The company was founded over 200 years ago. Delignit AG is listed on the stock exchange segment Scale of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
