camLine presents the new version 7 of LineWorks RM

Take control of your equipment recipes life cycle management

(PresseBox) (Petershausen, )
With the new release 7 of LineWorks RM (Recipe Management), camLine presents its established flagship with many improvements in detail and focuses on user-oriented further development.

By using a Recipe Management System (RMS), you increase the process integrity of your production lines and drive your production with sustainable and end-to-end manufacturing excellence. You avoid misconfigurations of production equipment and thus reduce the risk of misprocessing. All manufacturing workflows involved in the creation, editing, approvals and life cycles of equipment recipes are standardized and made centrally controllable with versioning through an integrated recipe management system from camLine.

LineWorks RM version 7.0 provides improvements in recipe change approval, automated recipe body patching, and parsed recipe parameters management.

Editing context keys and recipe links has been improved with the ability to predefine mandatory keys, default values, and user-selectable values in the recipe template.

Management of key definitions, events, and approval loops has been consolidated into a web-based user interface, as has user management and notification management.

Functions for managing thousands of equipment constants and status variables related to each equipment are provided by the new LineWorks ECM (Equipment Constants Control) product add-on.

For more information on the new release and possible upgrade of implementation scenarios, please write to info@camLine.com.

camLine provides and markets its own software solutions to enhance manufacturing excellence in high-tech manufacturing industries. For high-volume productions, the industrial automation systems are preferably based on MES modules of the LineWorks Suite. Manufacturers have also implemented the entire software suite as their Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

For manufacturers of discrete medical products and medical devices, camLine offers all-in-one solutions that are built on InFrame Synapse software. Numerous installations are present in further industries, e.g. semiconductor, electronics, or solar. The general approach addresses discrete, continuous, and mixed forms of manufacturing. These industry-specific deployments focus on advanced strategies to improve Quality Assurance (QA) and process integrity, production logistics, and efficiency (OEE) but also enabling Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS).

Technological innovation efficiency is supported by XperiDesk software that aims at accelerating technology development and provides pioneering cooperation opportunities of R&D with the production.

Cornerstone is an engineering analytics application to explore and analyze data as well as plan and execute Design of Experiments (DoE).

camLine as a solution partner has been offering its software and services, globally for more than 30 years. For more information, please visit www.camline.com.
