You have a label application, the correct carrier material, but no suitable adhesive for it?
In contrast to the giants of the industry such as Herma, Avery or MacTack you focus on specialty and customized solutions. You adapt the products to the requirements and not vice versa? Then you need a partner that suits you.
CMC Klebetechnik is a contract coater for foils and fabric. The system technology used allows short changeover times. In addition, no expensive, long warm-up times are needed until a stable adhesive coating is achieved. Thus, CMC is predestined for the quantity range from 300m² to 300,000m².
Today, labels and other stickers are used in the packaging and labeling industries in extremely many applications. This ranges from the No-label effect on shampoo bottles to mass labels for price marking up to security labels on chemistry barrels or Void and RFID labels on packaging.
In most cases a good printability is important, which is achieved by the surface treatment of the foil. High quality PVC or polyester films are very often the base foil.
But even the "back side" of the label bears an important function: The adhesive that will keep the label under any circumstances where it was adhered. And here CMC Klebetechnik comes into play: On modern coating systems solvent- or dispersion-based adhesives are applied to up to 1,900 mm wide webs - adapted to the requirements of the customer.
Many customers take advantage of the possibility to determine the adhesive and/or carrier material at CMC. In contract production the customer-specific product is then refined as a service. The cutting in rolls, formatting in sheets and the punching of stamping part subsequently is also possible and part of the service portfolio.
