Global Player in High-tech distribution Computer Controls AG appoints Lara Pair as new member of the Board of Directors

Computer Controls AG, Swiss distributor for electronic components, IoT applications, software and test & measurement solutions, has appointed lawyer Dr. Lara Pair, JD, LL.M., FCI Arb. to the Board of Directors. Under the new Chairman of the Board of Directors, Harald Weigelt, the management is going to be restructured systematically and geared towards the future. Weigelt focuses on strengthening the group of companies for international competition. The company is announcing this appointment with immediate effect.

Dr. Pair is a qualified attorney for the countries of Switzerland, Germany and the USA/Federal State of Georgia with a specialization in international commercial law and arbitration. She holds a Master of Laws in Liechtenstein and is a specialist lawyer for international business law in Germany as well as author of numerous articles and two books.

Dr. Pair already accompanied Computer Controls AG within a merger of several companies. Following this merger, the company conducted a complex capital increase with new shareholders, which Dr. Pair also legally supervised. Perspectively, Dr. Pair will support new acquisitions in European countries as well as start-ups and will focus on labor law, compliance and corporate law. As an active member of the Board of Directors of Computer Controls AG, Dr. Pair will also promote the equal rights that are already practiced and the balanced view of close cooperation between both genders.
